Processing time

Orders are processed and packed on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders and includes tracking. An estimated delivery timeframe is shown at checkout before you pay.

International delivery

Where available, delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

30-day returns

Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund.

How to return

Email hello@zoomiespetshop.com with your order number and we'll send a return address and instructions.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return required.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address, payment details) to process and ship your order.

How we use it

Solely to fulfil orders, provide customer support, and (only if you opt in) send marketing emails. We never sell your data.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Wix. We never see or store your full card details.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@zoomiespetshop.com.

Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only accepted once we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud), with a full refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
